Today I made it to 10 pounds… 5 more til my mini-goal!!

Had a great week with eating right and 6 days of exercise - already at 4 lbs lost just this week!
Well, we’ve started up again.
The move to VA really stopped all our progress, luckily I didn’t gain much back.
We are doing “Biggest Loser” in the neighborhood - good friendly competition!

Today was my 1st day back after a few days not feeling well. The sick bug is running around the house, and I guess it’s inevitable that I’m going to get it …unless I spend no time with the kids. I’ve lost 1 lb this week, despite the break!
Food is still my enemy - or should I say cravings….. I wish I could have a huge Dr. Pepper and some ice cream!
Well today got in 20 straight minutes on the elliptical - level 4 … kicked my butt …definately worth it.
Also 25 minutes of cardio on the band workout - did pretty well on that too!
5 of 6 days working out - we’re on a roll!
